New Spokane 2600 Website Now Online
It has been a slow transition, but at long last we have the new version of the website up and running. Many thanks to Acetolyne for his continued diligent work in getting this done. You can still get to the old site at http://old.spokane2600.org
The DNS changes were implemented April 27th, 2010. It will take a few days for all the DNS servers out there (especially lousy ones like Road Runner's customers and other terrible ISPs that can cache for a week or longer, ignoring TTL's), but generally about 90+% of users should be able to access the new site in the next 24 hours, and the remaining over the next 6 days or so.
Be sure to create a new account. Due to incompatibilities with the old and new systems we were unable to move user accounts without wreaking havoc on the new site, so rather than drag out the transition any longer, it was felt to just ask folks to recreate their accounts. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Please be sure to come the next meeting. The first Friday of every month from 5:00 to 7:00 pm at the North Spokane Service Station on 9315 North Nevada Street ( http://www.theservicestation.org/ ).
